In order to gain knowledge and correctly understand others we must take the time to discover ones cultural identity.
As people we already know our own cultural; as we are born into them, but to learn from other cultures, we must get to know them. For instants a persons, ethnicity,age, or generation;gender, sexual orientation, occupation, education, socioeconomic status, abilities/disabilities. All these different identity traits is what builds an individuals identity.
All people come different parts of the world. Different cities,states, countries.
With that being said, we all have something different and unique to bring to the table. Ethnics and communication.
